GZD Vibrating Feeder

Our GZD Vibrating Feeder is independently developed for the pre-feeding link of crushing production lines, mainly composed of a high-strength feed trough, adjustable vibration motor, elastic support device, and frame. The equipment is suitable for feeding various bulk materials such as ore, limestone, granite, and construction waste with particle size ≤ 500mm, and is widely used in mining, quarrying, building materials, and metallurgical industries. The feed trough is made of thickened steel plate with wear-resistant lining, which can withstand the impact of large-grain materials and extend the service life. The vibration frequency and amplitude of the vibration motor are stepless adjustable, which can flexibly control the feeding speed (10-100t/h) according to the processing capacity of the subsequent equipment, ensuring the balance of the entire production line and avoiding overload of the crusher. The elastic support device effectively absorbs vibration, reduces the transmission of vibration to the foundation, and ensures stable operation with low noise. The whole machine has a simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, and the wear-resistant parts are easy to replace, reducing downtime. It can be customized according to customers' specific requirements such as feeding capacity, feed particle size, and trough size, and can be seamlessly connected with jaw crushers, impact crushers and other equipment to form an efficient crushing production line, providing reliable pre-feeding solutions for global customers.
