Our VSI Sand Making Machine adopts advanced vertical shaft impact crushing technology, which is mainly composed of a high-speed rotating impeller, crushing cavity, feeding system, drive device and intelligent control system. The core working principle is divided into two modes: "stone-on-stone" and "stone-on-iron". In the "stone-on-stone" mode, materials collide and crush each other in the crushing cavity, which is suitable for shaping high-hardness materials such as granite and basalt; in the "stone-on-iron" mode, materials collide with the wear-resistant lining plate of the cavity, which has higher crushing efficiency and is suitable for processing medium-hard materials. The high-speed rotating impeller accelerates the material to a high speed and ejects it, forming intense impact and friction, which not only realizes efficient crushing but also shapes the aggregate into a uniform cubic shape with low needle-flake content. The equipment is suitable for processing various materials, such as river pebbles, granite, basalt, limestone and construction waste, and can produce high-quality machine-made sand that meets national construction sand standards. The impeller and wear-resistant parts are made of high-chromium alloy with special heat treatment, which have excellent wear resistance and impact resistance, effectively extending the service life and reducing maintenance costs. The optimized cavity design improves the material passing rate and reduces energy consumption by 10-15% compared with traditional sand making machines. The equipment has a compact structure, small floor space, and is easy to install and maintain.
