Our Wheel-Type Sand Washer is independently developed for sand purification, adopting an optimized wheel structure and efficient water circulation system to realize deep cleaning of sand materials. The equipment is mainly composed of a heavy-duty frame, rotating wheel bucket, reducer, motor, water supply system, and sedimentation tank. The working principle is that the motor drives the wheel bucket to rotate through the reducer, and the sand material is fed into the washing tank. Under the action of the rotating wheel bucket and water flow, the sand material is fully stirred and scoured, so that the impurities (such as soil, dust, and powder) attached to the surface of the sand particles are separated and discharged with the water flow, and the clean sand is lifted by the wheel bucket and discharged. The equipment is suitable for washing various sand materials with particle size ≤ 10mm, such as machine-made sand, natural river sand, and crushed stone sand. The optimized water supply system can adjust the water flow according to the impurity content of the sand material, ensuring the cleaning effect while reducing water consumption by 15-20% compared with traditional models. The wear-resistant lining plate and wheel bucket blades made of high-chromium alloy ensure long service life and reduce replacement costs. The whole machine has a simple structure, stable operation, and low noise. The sealed design of the washing tank prevents water splashing and environmental pollution. In addition, the equipment is equipped with an optional recycling water system, which can recycle the washing water after sedimentation, further saving water resources and complying with environmental protection requirements. It can be customized according to customers' specific needs such as processing capacity (20-200t/h) and sand material type, and can be seamlessly connected with sand making machines and screening equipment to form a complete sand processing line, providing high-purity sand materials for global customers in construction, highway, and railway projects.
