Our 50-100 TPH Hard Rock Crushing Production Line is custom-designed for small-scale processing of high-strength hard rocks with compressive strength ≥ 200MPa, including granite, basalt, quartzite and iron ore. Targeted at small quarries, rural infrastructure construction and local aggregate suppliers, the line is configured with core equipment including GZD vibrating feeder, small jaw crusher (primary crushing), compact cone crusher (secondary crushing), circular vibrating screen, light-duty belt conveyor and manual & automatic integrated control panel, forming a streamlined production process from raw material feeding to finished aggregate classification.
The GZD vibrating feeder with adjustable feeding speed conveys raw hard rock blocks (max feed size ≤ 300mm) uniformly into the jaw crusher for primary crushing, reducing material size to 50-80mm efficiently. The crushed materials are then transported to the compact cone crusher for secondary fine crushing; the cone crusher’s optimized cavity structure ensures targeted crushing of hard rocks, avoiding over-crushing and producing cubic-shaped aggregates with low needle-flake content. The 2-3 layer circular vibrating screen classifies the crushed materials into common construction specifications (0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm), which are widely used in rural road paving, building foundation construction and concrete mixing.
