Our 150-200 TPH Hard Rock Crushing Production Line is engineered for processing high-strength hard rock materials with compressive strength ≥ 200MPa, such as granite, basalt, diabase and quartzite. Targeted at medium-sized quarries, regional infrastructure projects and commercial aggregate suppliers, the line is scientifically configured with core heavy-duty equipment including ZSW heavy-duty vibrating feeder, jaw crusher (primary crushing), standard cone crusher (secondary fine crushing), high-frequency circular vibrating screen, heavy-duty belt conveyor and PLC intelligent control system, forming a closed-loop production process from raw material feeding to graded aggregate output.
The whole line adopts a heavy-duty but space-saving structural design: the crusher body is made of thickened steel plate, and key wearing parts (jaw plate, cone mantle, concave) are made of high-chromium alloy with quenching treatment, improving wear resistance by 35% compared with ordinary parts and extending service life significantly. The PLC intelligent control system supports centralized operation, real-time monitoring of equipment parameters (motor load, crushing cavity pressure, screening efficiency) and automatic fault alarm, reducing manual operation intensity. Optional configurations include a bag-type dust removal system, noise reduction device and finished product storage bin, which fully comply with international environmental protection standards and improve the automation level of the production line. The modular design of the line facilitates on-site installation and transportation, and can be customized according to customer’s site conditions and aggregate specification requirements.
