Our European-Type Grinder is independently optimized and designed for large-scale production demands, breaking through the capacity limitation of traditional grinding mills. The equipment consists of a heavy-duty mainframe, curved jaw feeder, high-precision classifier, centrifugal blower, cyclone powder collector, pulse dust removal system and intelligent control cabinet. Its core working principle is that the upgraded grinding roller assembly, under the drive of the main shaft, generates strong centrifugal force to press against the grinding ring; the large-size curved jaw feeder uniformly feeds raw materials into the grinding chamber, where the materials are fully rolled and ground by the grinding rollers. The ground powder is carried upward by the high-speed air flow generated by the blower, then enters the classifier for precision separation. Qualified powder (80-400 mesh) is collected by the cyclone collector, while oversized powder particles fall back to the grinding chamber for re-grinding. The equipment is suitable for grinding non-flammable and non-explosive non-metallic minerals with Mohs hardness ≤ 9.0 and humidity ≤ 6%, including limestone, calcite, dolomite, barite, gypsum and quartz. Compared with traditional Raymond mills, it has a 30-50% higher production capacity due to the enlarged grinding chamber and optimized roller-ring structure. The key wearing parts, such as grinding rollers and rings, are made of high-quality high-chromium alloy, which have excellent wear resistance and impact resistance, reducing replacement frequency by 25%. The whole machine adopts a fully sealed negative pressure structure, and the pulse dust removal system ensures that the dust emission concentration is far below the international standard, meeting strict environmental protection requirements. The intelligent PLC control system supports remote operation and real-time monitoring of key parameters like grinding temperature, pressure and powder fineness, realizing automatic adjustment of feeding speed and air volume to ensure stable production. It can be customized according to customers' specific needs for output (5-50t/h) and powder fineness, and can be seamlessly integrated into a complete large-scale powder production line with crushing, conveying and drying equipment, providing efficient and reliable grinding solutions for global customers in cement, power, metallurgy and chemical industries.
