Spiral sand washer

Our Spiral Sand Washer is independently developed for high-efficiency sand purification, mainly composed of a heavy-duty trough, wear-resistant Spiral shaft, high-power drive system, water supply device and support frame. The working principle is that the motor drives the Spiral shaft to rotate through the reducer, and the spiral blades push the sand material to move forward along the trough. During the movement, the high-pressure water flow continuously scours the surface of the sand material, making the impurities such as soil, dust and stone powder attached to the sand particles separate and suspend in the water, and then discharge from the overflow port with the water flow. The clean sand material is lifted by the spiral blades to the discharge end, realizing the integration of washing, grading and dewatering. The equipment is suitable for washing various sand materials with particle size ≤ 10mm, such as machine-made sand, natural river sand, crushed stone sand and mineral sand. The spiral blades are made of high-manganese steel or high-chromium alloy through special heat treatment, which have excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, effectively extending the service life. The trough is designed with a smooth inner wall to prevent sand adhesion and reduce material retention and equipment wear. We provide both single-Spiral and double-Spiral models to meet different processing capacity requirements.The equipment can be seamlessly connected with sand making machines, screening equipment and conveyors to form a complete sand processing production line. It can be customized according to customers' specific needs such as processing capacity (7-210t/h) and sand material type, providing high-purity sand materials for global customers in construction, highway, railway and water conservancy projects.
