After the materials are crushed by the jaw crusher, they are sent to the storage bin by the bucket elevator. The electromagnetic vibrating feeder can evenly and continuously send the materials to the host machine for grinding. The ground powder is blown to the powder separator for sorting under the action of a blower. The sorted materials are sent to the storage bin through pipelines, and are output through the discharge valve as finished products. The air pressure is negative during the operation of the entire production line.
First, the air blown by the blower along with the powder material enters the cyclone collector on the upper part of the storage bin through the pipeline, and returns to the blower through the return air duct to form air recycling.
Secondly, a powder lock is installed at the lower end of the powder collector. Its function is to isolate the external positive pressure gas from the negative pressure gas of the powder collector, greatly increasing the output.
Thirdly, the remaining air and dust at the bottom of the host are sent to the bag dust collector for filtration through the pipe. Dust and other debris are adsorbed by the bag dust collector, and the purified air is discharged to the outside world, effectively protecting the environment.
